Hamilton Adult Foster Care Homes, LLC provides residential, educational, and pre-vocational services for adult males diagnosed with chronic mental or developmental disabilities.  We assist recipients of mental health services escape the cycle between homelessness and repeated hospitalizations through the provision of intensive residential and support services in full partnership with the State of Michigan Office of Children and Adult Licensing, and Detroit-Wayne County Mental Health Agency Provider Networks.

     We offer members the opportunity to maintain mental health stability, develop social skills, new interests through experiences, and to learn the independent living skills necessary to become productive, contributing member of the community.
